SUMMARY:Sloane’s Froglet citizen science walk at the Kiewa River\, Bonegilla (take two)
DESCRIPTION:Wodonga Landcare are proud to partner with with Australian Conservation Foundation Community Albury-Wodonga Region (ACR-AWR) for this exciting\, nature-based\, citizen science event.   \nWodonga Landcare project officer\, Karen Retra will take us on a beautiful\, slow\, approximately 2.5 km walk and show us how to use the FrogID app to record your important citizen scientist findings.  We hope you will hear the call of the endangered Sloane’s Froglet! \nWe will also enjoy Karen’s passion for many aspects of our local environment as we walk the High Country Rail Trail near Killara (pictured). \nThere’s more information about the Sloane’s Champions project and how to use the FrogID app on the Wodonga Landcare website that you may want to check before attending the event. \nPlaces are limited so be quick to RSVP.  You’ll receive more information about getting to the event and what to bring once you RSVP. \nNote this event was rescheduled from last week\, due to the weather. Please register via the (new) event link to let us know you’re coming.\n**If it buckets down Saturday arvo\, we’ll understand if you choose not to attend.
