With numbers critically low, your sightings of Bogong Moths could help scientists work out what’s happening to this vital species. Bogong Moths play an important role in the ecosystem – including as a key spring food source for the Critically Endangered Mountain Pygmy-possum.

Remember, Bogong Moths can be found day or night, and you don’t necessarily need to go out exploring to find them! They can show up in places like on your windows, front doors or in your garden- you just have to keep an eye out.
