We are hiring a Business Manager to help shape the future of native plant propagation in Wodonga!
We’re seeking a dynamic leader to guide Our Native Garden community nursery through an exciting period of change and expansion.
This is your chance to blend business acumen with environmental impact to:
🌱 Supervise and support passionate staff and volunteers
🌱 Develop a 5-year business plan for sustainable growth
🌱 Oversee the relocation to larger premises
🌱 Support a successful merger of ONG Nursery with WULN
🌱 Build client relationships and secure funding
What we offer:

What you bring:
➡ 3+ years leadership experience (social enterprise/horticulture preferred)
➡ Business/marketing qualifications or equivalent experience
➡ Change management and business planning skills
➡ Partnership building expertise
