Community Capacity Building Workshop- Succession Planning

June 24th 6pm-8pm Hyphen, Wodonga

Wodonga Council is proud to present the next workshops in our Community Capacity Building series. Non Profit Training will facilitate this workshop which will focus on Succession Planning.

This session aims to assist community groups in planning for their committee’s succession by focusing on the roles and skills required, how to find the right people and what contribution they can make.

Topics include:

  • Creating a succession plan

  • Understanding how to divide up key committee roles and responsibilities

  • Structuring committees to support the group’s activities

  • The changing landscape of volunteering and group membership

  • Developing strategies for attracting and recruiting the rightolunteers

  • Planning and enabling knowledge transition
