While the weather was definitely not kind on Tuesday 3rd December, environmental volunteer managers from across the North East braved the wet and had a fabulous time coming together at the EVM Grow event which was live streamed from Melbourne into Wodonga.
There was a great line up of speakers and activities and in Wodonga we followed this with an opportunity to connect and share with our fellow environmental volunteer managers, although locally we did pike it and stayed indoors for our afternoon session.
Thanks go to North East Water for supporting us with a wonderful venue, Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action for instigating the hub concept so the hayseeds in the regions don’t have to travel to the big smoke and DEECA Hume for your local support.
We are already looking forward to next year’s event!
