This update from Wodonga Council outlines changes to how Council can support community organisations
At the Council Meeting in November 2025, a new Community Funding Program Policy was adopted. The new policy provides greater clarity around how we provide financial assistance to community organisations and may impact how your organisation seeks financial assistance from council.
Changes to the Community Funding Request Policy
Requests for funding which fall outside of the new policy may be suitable as a request for support through Wodonga Council’s annual budget process.
