Our region thrives because of passionate people working together to care for the land, water, and biodiversity we all value. That’s why the North East CMA is excited to share the Landcare and Community NRM Support Plan 2025–2030, a roadmap to support and empower Landcare and community NRM groups to implement community-led, practical, and local actions for positive environmental outcomes.
From Landcare and Friends of groups to Blackberry Action, Sustainable Agriculture, environment, farming, and fishing networks, our community NRM groups are the backbone of on-ground action. They connect neighbours, land managers, businesses, and government to deliver practical solutions that protect nature and build resilient communities.
