It’s a relaxed, practical session designed to help you feel more confident using an AED – without the pressure of a formal setting.
In just one hour, you’ll:
- See how an AED (defibrillator) works
- Learn when and how to use one in an emergency
- Get expert insights from qualified St John trainers
- Ask any questions you have about defibs and how to choose the right one
It’s a relaxed, interactive session – perfect for anyone responsible for workplace safety or simply wanting to feel more prepared in an emergency.
With multiple sessions available, it’s easy to find one to suit your schedule.
Various locations, including: Albury on 27 May and 12 June, both sessions 3pm to 4pm.
