As part of National Volunteer Week, the Regional Landcare Support program at North East CMA is inviting all Landcare Members, Groups and Volunteers to a workshop and information session facilitated by Kim Boswell.
The face of volunteering has changed and many groups now find themselves struggling to operate long term under the same traditional model that we have succeeded under for many years. How can we tweak what we do to gain better traction and get a bigger return on investment for the precious time, energy and effort of our incredible volunteers.
This succession planning workshop will help our volunteer committees to build a strong leadership pipeline and create a culture of succession that supports their community groups long term success. We will demystify the secrets of success when it comes to volunteer recruitment and start thinking outside the box and learning on the incredible opportunities available to us through some great funded services that are here to help.
