1. Resolution to Extend Director’s Term – Julie Hind
The Board asks Members to endorse the following resolution:
That Julie Hind’s term as a director of Wodonga Urban Landcare Network be extended for a further two years, with a review after 12 months, and that during those two years, the Board puts in place adequate succession planning so that within two years, people with the required skills and experience will have been recruited and received adequate induction to take on positions of responsibility.
2. Revision to the WULN constitution
See the Guidance Note that outlines the reasons for this revision and the proposed revised constitution which was endorsed by the Board on 21 August 2025.
The resolution is:
That the revised Constitution of Wodonga Urban Landcare Network Incorporated, as endorsed by the WULN Board on 21 August 2025, be adopted with effect from 19 October 2025.
